TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Participants may enter the contest by completing an entry form provided by Nowahala tours Nigeria limited. Any entry is valid once Nowahala tours receive the entry form and payment. You can enter as many times as possible to increase your chances of winning.
2. The winners will be selected by random draw on the 8th of December 2020. The trip will be scheduled for 17/20 December 2020.
3. The winners are entitled to an all-expense paid trip for either 2 Adults OR 2 Adults and 2 kids under 12. Children under 12 must be same surname as their parents with birth certificate.
4. The raffle is open to persons who are residents and citizens of Nigeria.
5. The prize for the winner cannot be monetized and it is not transferable.
6. By participating in the raffle, participants agree to be bound by the rules and decisions of Nowahala tours which are finite and binding in all respects.
7. All participants in the raffle gives Nowahala tours and its agents the right to use winners’ name, photograph and voice for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide web, without further payment or consideration. The winner’s names will be announced publicly except otherwise.
